Clara was born with Dandy-Walker syndrome, a rare congenital brain malformation that affects brain development. As a result, she experiences challenges with balance, walking, and regulating her body temperature. Clara also has a front leg that extends outward to the side, and she is currently receiving corrective treatment for it with the help of a custom brace.
Chloe arrived at the sanctuary with a broken leg, which has since been successfully treated. While she still walks with a slight limp, she is now completely pain-free. Chloe is also the devoted mother of Clara and spends her days lovingly caring for her.

Ma has a deeply nurturing spirit and has always longed to be a mother. She lovingly adopts and cares for young animals who arrive at the sanctuary. Most notably, she raised two orphaned dairy bulls who came to us straight from an auction at just a few days old.
GG is a beautiful Hereford mix with a calm and affectionate personality. She found her way to the sanctuary after escaping a difficult past, and since arriving, she’s blossomed into a sweet and peaceful presence in the herd
Stetson the Nigerian Dwarf Goat believes he is human. He came to the farm when he was only a day old. Stetson, born Unisex, needed lifesaving surgery that the farm he was born on could not provide him. So he moved in and OSU Veterinary Hospital saved his life…more than once...Now he lives like a king and even won his own recliner that he spends most of his days on.
